  • Most of our projects run 18–24 months from breaking ground, depending on size and complexity. We'll give you a realistic timeline before we start.

  • We offer cost‑plus contracts. You pay the actual cost of labor and materials, plus a fixed management fee. No hidden markups, no surprises—you see every invoice.

  • We build throughout Central Oregon—Bend, Sunriver, Tumalo, Sisters, Black Butte, and surrounding areas.
