The McCann House | historic renovation

A Bright New Future for a Legendary Landmark

Project Story

The McCann House was built in 1915 by the Shevlin-Hixon Lumber Company for its general manager, Thomas McCann. Over the course of the last century this stately home changed ownership multiple times and with the ever-increasing costs to maintain the home, it eventually fell into disrepair. It remained that way for many decades until a local family with a desire to give back to the community purchased the home in 2018. Copperline was fortunate to be selected to perform the renovation work and help bring this historic landmark back to glory.
