Waterside is a custom home on the banks of the Deschutes River in Bend, where every day starts with the sound of moving water. The contemporary design responds to the site—low-profile rooflines, expansive glass, and outdoor living spaces that step down toward the river's edge.

Natural light moves through the living spaces throughout the day, while the material palette—wood, concrete, and clean modern finishes—keeps the interior feeling connected to the riverbank just outside and built to take full advantage of one of Bend's most coveted settings.
