Team Spotlight: Tony Ravera, Project Manager

So apparently Copperline has a type, and Tony Ravera fits it to a T. A quick glance at the bios of our other project managers reveals a few consistent threads: hardworking, passionate, genuine, honest, kind, knowledgeable, friendly—just all-around good guys. Tony is no exception.

Tony grew up in Bend—he moved here young and has called Central Oregon home ever since. He got his start in construction working for his dad's flooring business during high school, then took a detour to serve five years in the U.S. Air Force as a jet engine mechanic. That military background shows up in how he works today: organized, systematic, accountable—but relaxed and approachable about it.

After the Air Force, Tony came home to Bend and launched his own flooring company, which he ran for a decade. During that time, he partnered with Copperline on many projects and got to know our team from the trade side. He saw how our project managers operated—the attention to detail, the communication, the care—and knew it was a company he'd be proud to be part of. When he was ready to expand his skills and take on a new challenge, he approached Josh about a project manager role. We didn't have to think twice.

Ask clients or subs what it's like to work with Tony and you'll hear the same things: organized, easy to work with, communicative, and someone who genuinely cares about getting the details right. He loves the daily problem-solving that comes with custom home building, the relationships he builds along the way, and knowing that the homes he helps create will be around for generations.

Outside of work, Tony is all about family and fun. He and his wife have a four-year-old daughter and a baby boy, and weekends are spent dirt biking, snowmobiling, or out on the boat in the summer. Bend has always been home—and Tony's building his life here the same way he builds homes: with intention, care, and deep roots in this community.
