Bachelor Butterfly Wins Best in Show for the Best of LaCantina 2019

LaCantina Doors announced the winners of their annual architect’s design competition - Best of LaCantina 2019. The winning projects were judged on architectural excellence, creative designs and the best use of LaCantina door and window products to completely transform open spaces and enhance lifestyle. Copperline Homes’ Bachelor Butterfly took home two of the seven awards this year -- Best in Show and Best Rural Residential.

The situation of the home on the lot, the incorporation of a board formed concrete wall that spans from the rear exterior of the home to the front door, and the use of LaCantina doors emphasizes the architect’s, builder’s and door manufacturer’s priority of connecting indoor and outdoor spaces and blurring the lines between people and nature.
