Team Spotlight: Al Logan, Project Manager
Al Logan brings nearly 20 years of building experience to Copperline—and the kind of quiet precision that shows up in every detail.
Al grew up in Southern Oregon's Rogue Valley, where reputation matters. Do it right, stand behind it, let the results speak. That ethos stuck. He got into building through custom cabinet and carpentry work—first in Seattle, then Southern Oregon, then Montana. High-end environments from the start meant tight tolerances, strong design expectations, and clients who notice everything. That background shaped how he approaches every project today.
His path into construction management came in Big Sky, Montana, where he worked as a Superintendent building custom homes. The experience cemented his focus: high-end residential was where he wanted to be. When it was time to return to Oregon, Bend was the clear choice—challenging work, talented trade partners, and an outdoor lifestyle that makes long-term balance possible. Copperline was a natural fit.
Ask clients or subs what it's like to work with Al and you'll hear the same things: easy to work with, organized, communicative, and someone who deals with issues early instead of letting them linger. He keeps Golden Rule principles at the forefront—treat people the way you'd want to be treated. What he loves most about the work is bringing clarity to complex builds: sequencing properly, setting clear expectations, and keeping projects moving without sacrificing quality.
Outside of work, Al is on the golf course, on the mountain snowboarding, or building something that isn't on a schedule. He's more creative than he lets on—a seasoned woodworker and a musician. He and his wife have two sons and an awesome golden retriever.
